Hiring for Social Media Marketing Manager     Location Jaipur    CTC upto 45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our social media presence, run paid advertising campaigns, and handle bulk email marketing activities. The role requires a balance of creative content planning, paid campaign optimisation, and large-scale email communication to support lead generation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an effective social media marketing strategy across all major platforms
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and manage organic social media content
• Manage Facebook and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for promotions, launches, and lead generation
• Manage bulk email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences
• Handle email list segmentation, scheduling, delivery optimisation, and performance tracking
• Use digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms) for monitoring and reporting
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, email subject lines, and content
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Advertising
• Strong expertise in Facebook/Instagram Ads and paid social campaigns
• Mandatory experience in bulk email management (campaign creation, list management, and automation)
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Zoho, or similar)
• Working knowledge of PPC and digital advertising campaigns
• Ability to manage large email databases while ensuring deliverability and compliance
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, or Email Marketing (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in social media and email marketing roles

• Return on ad spend (ROAS)
