As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing. Create, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness of campaigns. Develop and manage content marketing campaigns, including creating content for blogs, social media, email, and other channels. Collaborate with management to ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, to report on key metrics and adjust strategies as necessary. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Identify and manage relationships with key digital marketing partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers. Qualifications: We prefer Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, but not a mandate. Hands-on experience of digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns across multiple channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write effective and compelling copy for a variety of digital marketing channels. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and derive insights that inform digital marketing strategies. Experience with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and others. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
