Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram
- Generate consistent and high-quality leads at optimal cost per lead (CPL)
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven decisions
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Conduct audience research and suggest creative ideas
- Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and audiences
- Track leads using CRM, Excel, or marketing tools
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
