Job Description
WhatsApp Marketing
Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts & communities
Send product updates, offers, and promotional messages
Maintain and update customer contact lists
Follow WhatsApp marketing guidelines
Social Media Marketing
Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Coordinate for creatives (posters, product images, short videos)
Basic caption writing and hashtag usage
Ensure regular posting and engagement
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in running basic digital campaigns
Coordinate with third-party ecommerce/digital agencies
Share product images, edited posters, descriptions, and details
Google My Business (GMB) Management
Update business profile (photos, posts, offers)
Handle reviews and customer responses
Improve local visibility and profile activity
