Position: DISCOM Process Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• DISCOM से जुड़े सभी काम संभालना
• Customer electricity bill correction (name, mobile number, address correction)
• Electricity bill name transfer
• Load upgradation process
• Net meter / solar meter testing process
• DISCOM office follow-ups
• Wrong electricity bill correction
• PM Surya Ghar portal related documentation
• Customer application process manage करना

Requirements:

• DISCOM / Electricity department process की जानकारी हो
• Computer और online portal की basic knowledge
• Documentation और follow-up करने की ability
• Solar / electricity field experience preferred

Salary: Experience के हिसाब से (Discussed in interview)
