Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule dispatch of goods ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments from dispatch to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock levels are maintained.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to resolve any dispatch issues.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, etc.).
- Assist in organizing warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
