Job Description
- Clinical & Medical DutiesConduct detailed patient consultations for hair loss, skin concerns, and aesthetic treatments
- Diagnose conditions related to hair fall, alopecia, acne, pigmentation, aging, scars, and scalp disorders
- Design customized treatment plans for each patient
- Perform or supervise procedures including:
- Hair Transplant (FUE/FIT – as applicable)
- PRP / GFC therapy
- Botox & Dermal Fillers
- Laser Hair Reduction
- Medi-facials & chemical peels
- Acne & pigmentation treatments
- Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, sterilization, and safety standards
- Monitor patient progress, post-procedure care, and follow-ups
- Medical Counselling & Sales SupportExplain treatment options, expected results, risks, and pricing clearly to patients
- Support the medical counsellor/sales team in treatment conversions when required
- Maintain ethical, transparent, and patient-centric counselling
- Help achieve monthly treatment and revenue targets without compromising medical integrity
- Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate patient medical records, consent forms, and treatment notes
- Ensure compliance with:
- MCI / NMC guidelines
- Clinic SOPs and legal requirements
- Report adverse events or complications promptly
- Team Coordination & TrainingSupervise technicians, nurses, and therapists during procedures
- Guide junior doctors, technicians, and clinical staff
- Participate in internal training and skill-upgradation programs
- Brand & Growth SupportParticipate in:
- Clinical audits
- Case documentation (before/after)
- Educational videos, webinars, or awareness camps (optional)
- Support marketing initiatives through medical credibility and expertise
- Required QualificationsMBBS (mandatory)
- MD/DNB Dermatology OR
- Fellowship / Certification in Aesthetic Medicine / Hair Transplant (preferred)
- Valid Medical Council Registration
- Experience1–5 years of experience in:
- Dermatology / Aesthetic clinic / Hair transplant setup
- Freshers with strong aesthetic training may be considered
- Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent patient communication and counselling ability
- Ethical mindset and patient-first approach
- Knowledge of latest aesthetic technologies and protocols
- Ability to work with sales, marketing, and operations teams
