Domestic Holiday Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized holiday packages as per client requirements
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, transport, sightseeing, and activities
• Provide accurate quotations and follow up with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with hotels, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve client issues during travel
• Update CRM and maintain proper booking records
• Upsell and cross-sell packages and travel services
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 1 years experience in domestic holiday sales (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Indian destinations and itineraries
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
• Passion for travel and customer satisfaction
• Handle domestic holiday inquiries and convert leads into bookings
