Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic E-Commerce Account Manager to support our online e-commerce seller account operations. This role is ideal for freshers also who are eager to learn, understand marketplace operations, and build a strong foundation in the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Urgent Requirement for Amazon/ Meesho/ Jiomart / Flipkart seller AC Management.
· E-commerce Seller Account Management.
· Advertisement creation in the seller portal or accounts.
· Deal and Promotion creation in the E-commerce portal.
· Business Report Analytics in the seller portal.
· Strong customer Relationship management in calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
· Consulting with clients to determine their advertising needs and preferences.
· Profit and loss calculation for the e-commerce Portal.
· Discussing ideas and advertising strategies with clients and assisting them in developing advertising campaigns.
· Set competitive pricing and develop promotional strategies to increase sales volume and profitability. Stock inventory management and Dispatch handling.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in any stream
· At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce seller account management as an e-commerce manager.
· Proven track record of successfully managing online stores and driving e-commerce sales.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and online marketing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Only Located in Jaipur.
· Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, CRM, Call, Email.
