E-Commerce Coordinator

We are looking for an E-commerce Order Booking & Logistics Executive to manage order bookings and shipping coordination for our international e-commerce business.

Our company sells handmade products worldwide through platforms like Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. The main responsibility of this role is to book orders with courier partners, select the most cost-effective shipping service, and ensure orders are delivered on time.

Main ResponsibilitiesOrder Booking

• Book daily orders with courier partners (FedEx, DHL, USPS partners, etc.)
• Ensure correct shipping details are entered for each order.

Shipping Cost Optimization

• Check shipping rates across courier partners.
• Select the most viable and cost-effective shipping option for each order.

Delivery Monitoring

• Track shipments regularly.
• Ensure orders are delivered within the expected delivery timeline.

Courier Coordination

• Identify delayed or misplaced shipments.
• Contact courier customer service and raise complaints when required.
• Follow up with courier companies until the issue is resolved.

Order Tracking Updates

• Maintain shipment records in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Update tracking details and delivery status.
• RequirementsBasic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with courier companies
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce operations is preferred
