E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a result-driven E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing Amazon.com and Etsy marketplaces, along with working knowledge of other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, sales strategy, and advertising performance to drive consistent growth and profitability.

1. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon.com, Etsy, and other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
2. Handle complete marketplace operations including listing, inventory, pricing, and order management
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, visibility, and conversions
4. Plan and manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Etsy Ads) with a focus on ROI and scaling
5. Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO and discoverability
6. Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, ACOS, TACOS, and sales trends
7. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify growth opportunities
8. Coordinate with internal teams (design, catalog, operations) for smooth execution
9. Ensure account health, policy compliance, and resolve any marketplace-related issues
10. Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, deals, and promotional strategies
