E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive who can manage product listings across major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and managing product listings to improve visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay
• Upload products using bulk upload (Excel/CSV) and manual methods
• Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and bullet points
• Perform keyword research for better ranking and visibility
• Optimize listings for conversion (images, content, keywords)
• Manage pricing, variations, and inventory updates
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies
• Handle product categorization and attribute mapping
• Coordinate with design/content team for images and creatives
• Track listing performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, and eBay
• Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management
• Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic image editing knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple listings and marketplaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (optional)
• Knowledge of A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (Amazon)
• Previous experience in ecommerce or marketplace management

Experience Required

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce marketplace management
