Roles and Responsibilities

Product Listing on E-commerce channel partners:

·    Product listing management & creation

·    Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.

·    Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to boost revenue.

Customer Communication:

·    Manage all email communications with buyers, ensuring clear and professional responses.

Shipment and Post-Shipment Communication:

·    Inform buyers ones a shipment has been dispatched.

·    Notify buyers of any delays, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.

Production Follow-up:

·    Track progress and follow up on running orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

• Experience in Sales and Retail roles

• Knowledge of MS-Excel

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, Freshers can also apply

Salary

• 15K - 25K CTC/Month
