E-Commerce Executive

V R Technologies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and support UK-based e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications, order processing, delivery coordination, and day-to-day online store management activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Handle order processing, tracking, and updates
• Coordinate and manage delivery bookings with logistics partners
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment scheduling
• Monitor online store performance and report issues
• Maintain product listings and update inventory as required
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints efficiently
• Maintain records of transactions and customer interactions
• Work according to UK business hours when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience handling UK customers is an advantage
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of logistics and courier booking systems
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
