E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Jaipur

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, optimize online performance, and handle backend operations across multiple ecommerce platforms. The role requires strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, and order processing workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. 

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

1. Product Listing & Marketplace Management
2. Create, upload, and manage product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Alibaba, Shopify, etc.)
3. Ensure accuracy of product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
4. Manage category mapping, attributes, variations, and bulk uploads. 

SEO, Keyword Research & Listing Optimization

1. Perform keyword research to identify high-ranking and relevant keywords.
2. Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and meta data
3. Improve product discoverability, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
4. Track keyword rankings and implement optimization strategies accordingly.
5. Analyze competitor listings and implement best practices.

Order Processing & Backend Operations

1. Process and book orders on shipping/logistics platforms (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.).
2. Generate invoices, shipping labels, and manifests as per platform guidelines.
3. Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, delivery, and RTO management.
4. Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

Inventory & Data Management

1. Monitor stock levels across platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts.
2. Update inventory, pricing, and offers in coordination with internal teams.
3. Maintain accurate order, shipment, and invoice records. 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

1. Track sales performance, listing metrics, and conversion rates.
2. Prepare daily/weekly reports on listings, orders, and SEO performance.
3. Suggest improvements based on data analysis. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
2. Hands-on experience with major e-commerce marketplaces.
3. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research tools, and listing optimization techniques.
4. Experience with order booking, invoicing, and shipping platforms.
5. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

1. Experience with bulk listing tools and catalog management software.
2. Knowledge of GST invoicing and e-commerce compliance.
3. Basic understanding of paid ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
