Core responsibilities

• Online store management: Maintain and optimize product listings, manage inventory levels, process orders, and handle returns.
• Platform coordination: Manage accounts on e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others, ensuring product visibility and sales targets are met.
• Customer experience: Ensure smooth operations from order placement to delivery and address customer inquiries and issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Data analysis and strategy: Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and implement data-driven strategies for growth, including promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Logistics and fulfillment: Coordinate with suppliers, manage shipping schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
