Job Description

  • Responsibilities:Product Listing & Management:

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, Jiomart, and other marketplaces.
  • Manage and update listings on Alibaba IndiaMart and other international B2B platforms (if required).


  • Lead Handling & Sales Conversion:


  • Attend daily inbound leads via call/WhatsApp/email.
  • Understand customer requirements and share quotations, pricing, samples, and product details.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed sales.


  • Order Processing & Coordination:


  • Handle the complete order cycle: order confirmation, packing, dispatch, courier coordination.
  • Track shipments, stock levels, and returns.


  • Export Support:


  • Communicate with overseas buyers professionally.
  • Assist in basic export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, PI, LC details, etc.).


  • Marketplace Account Maintenance:


  • Monitor product performance, pricing updates, and inventory management.
  • Handle customer issues, negative reviews, and returns as per marketplace policies.


  • Social Media & Website Support (if needed):


  • Basic product posting on Instagram/Facebook.
  • Update product details on the website.


  • Requirements–
  • 1,2 years of experience in E-commerce operations or online sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Alibaba will be a major plus.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi + English).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, emails, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Must be a fast learner and capable of handling end-to-end e-commerce operations independently.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on lead conversion.
  • Bonus Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of export processes.
  • Product photography and cataloging skills.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools and automation.
