E-Commerce Executive

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Platform Operations (Amazon & Flipkart):
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize product visibility.
• Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer feedback.
• Business Development:
• Identify new growth opportunities across marketplaces.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build relationships with marketplace account managers for better support and visibility.

• Claims & Dispute Management:Handle claims related to returns, damages, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with marketplaces to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of claims and settlements.
• Sales Development & Analytics:
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends.
• Implement SEO-friendly product descriptions and keyword optimization.
• Suggest bundle offers, discounts, and campaigns to boost conversions.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Provide insights for product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 * Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

 * Internet Proficiency: Comfortable with email communication and online portals.

 * Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in eCommerce (preferred).

 * Communication: Ability to read and write clearly in English and Hindi.

Job Details:

 * Location: Kartarpura, Jaipur

 * Salary: (Based on experience)

 * Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
