Job Overview:YUFTA is looking for a result-oriented E-commerce Sales Executive with hands-on experience in managing Etsy marketplace.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing listings, and enhancing customer experience for our global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow YUFTA’s Etsy store with a focus on international sales
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO)
• Handle order processing, inventory coordination, and pricing strategies
• Monitor daily sales performance, analytics, and customer trends
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and festive campaigns
• Coordinate with catalog, design, and operations teams
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback efficiently
• Track competitor activity and implement growth strategies
• Ensure high-quality product presentation and branding consistency

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Etsy marketplace management
• Good understanding of Etsy SEO, keywords, and ranking
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience in fashion / ethnic wear / lifestyle category

• Understanding of international customers and shipping processes
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop
