Job Title: E-Commerce Business Executive

Minimum Experience : 2 Years of managing e-commerce business.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Online Business Manager for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our presence across various online marketplaces, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless operations in the digital realm including complete inventory planning for products which are live. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Job Description:

1.         Receive incoming orders placed by customers through the online platform.

2.         Verify the accuracy of orders, including items, quantities, pricing, and shipping details.

3.         Timely communicate with online market place representative regarding order status, shipping information, and any issues or discrepancies in packing daily orders.

4.         Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of products for orders.

5.         Coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics partners to arrange for timely and accurate delivery of orders.

6.         Handle returns, exchanges, or refunds according to company policies.

7.         Accurately enter order details and customer information into the company's database or order management system.

8.         Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, payments, or shipments in a timely and efficient manner.

9.         Before packing and order ensure the quality is up to the mark.

10.       Ensure that orders are documented via video during packing as per marketplace procedure.

11.       Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions for future reference and analysis.

12.         Ensure ontime payment reconcilation of all orders on time.

13.         Coordinate with marketing and product teams to launch new products and promotions online.

Qualities Required:

1.         Ability to accurately process and verify order details to prevent errors and discrepancies.

2.         Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.

3.         Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.

5.         Capacity to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to orders, payments, and shipments.

6.         Comfortable using computer software and online platforms for order processing and communication.

7.         Ability to collaborate with colleagues in various departments, such as customer service, inventory management, and shipping.

8.         Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
