E-Commerce Executive | Digital Marketing Executive | Process Coordinator

Job Overview We are looking for a talented and responsible E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive with strong Process Coordination skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing online platforms, running marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

• 📌 Key Responsibilities🔹 E-Commerce Management Manage online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Myntra, etc.
• Create and update product listings, catalogues, pricing & inventory.
• Monitor orders, returns, payments, and customer queries.
• Ensure product visibility with SEO keywords and optimized content.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth dispatch.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance.
• 🔹 Digital Marketing Manage and grow company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Plan and run Facebook/Instagram Ads and campaign optimization.
• Create engaging content, creatives, and promotions.
• Perform SEO: keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
• Manage Google Ads and analyse ad performance.
• Track marketing metrics through Google Analytics and reporting.
• 🔹 Process Coordination Coordinate with internal teams: Sales, Marketing, Design, Logistics, Inventory.
• Track daily tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Improve workflow by identifying process gaps.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and MIS sheets.
• Handle communication between departments.
• Support management in planning and execution of operations.
• 📌 Skills Required Knowledge of e-commerce portals and operations
• Digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics)
• Social media management
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Attention to detail & problem-solving ability
• Time management and multitasking
• Basic understanding of SEO & content writing
• 📌 Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Commerce preferred)
• Experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
• 📌 Experience 1 –3+ years (as per requirement)
