E-Commerce Manager

About Us: Sarvaa is a growing home decor brand. We make beautiful, handmade products using jute, wool, and cotton. We sell our products in India and in international markets like the USA and UK.

Your Daily Work: * Manage Online Stores: Handle our daily sales and product listings on Amazon (India, USA, Canada) and eBay (UK, USA).

• Social Media: Manage our Instagram page and post updates.
• Stock Management: Work closely with our Jaipur production team to keep track of our available items.
• Orders and Shipping: Handle the complete order process from start to finish. This includes making invoices, printing shipping labels, and making sure international and domestic orders are delivered on time.
• Hands-On Role: Take full charge of daily tasks, including stock, shipping, and solving everyday problems.

What We Are Looking For: * Experience: 2 to 7 years of work experience in e-commerce.

• Education: Graduates or Diploma holders are highly encouraged to apply!
• Skills: You must have practical, hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Instagram.
• Personality: We are looking for an active problem-solver who is excited to help an Indian brand grow globally.
