We are looking for a dedicated Marketplace Account Executive to manage and operate our Etsy store and other online platforms. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will work directly with the business owner and handle a high-performing account with daily customer interactions and product management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

💬 Manage customer messages and order-related communication on Etsy

🛒 Create, update, and optimize product listings

📦 Assist in new product launches and listing updates

📊 Monitor daily store activity, orders, and account performance

⏱️ Ensure timely responses and maintain platform standards

📈 Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions

🤝 Handle client interactions and maintain relationships

💻 Manage e-commerce tools and overall marketplace operations

📌 Job Details:

🎂 Age: 18 – 40 years

👨 Gender: Male

🎓 Education: 12th Pass

🗣️ English: Intermediate English (Excellent written communication required)

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with strong learning ability can apply)

⏰ Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
