Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven candidate to manage and optimize our online sales across multiple platforms including Amazon.com and Etsy etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, content optimization, and pricing across Etsy and Amazon.
- Monitor daily operations including order management, returns, customer queries, and inventory updates..
- Track competition, pricing trends, and new opportunities in online marketplaces.
- Drive promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
- Troubleshoot listing errors, suspended listings, or account-related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing major e-commerce platforms (Amazon & Etsy etc).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or any dashboard tools.
