E-Commerce Manager

Job Title: Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end marketplace operations, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize product listings, content, and SEO (LS, LTQ, BSR).
• Analyze listing performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage complete marketplace operations including orders, FBA, Prime, LDR, and inventory.
• Handle sales reporting (sales overview, CTR, CVR, and comparison reports).
• Manage and optimize marketplace ads (CTR, CVR, impressions, ACOS, and ROAS).
• Drive organic sales growth and improve brand visibility.
• Monitor overall account health and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and marketplace POCs for smooth order flow.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor pricing strategies.

RequirementsMinimum

• 2+ years of marketplace management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central & Ads portals.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel proficiency preferred).
• Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
