E-Commerce Manager

Shasak Clothing is a fast-growing D2C Mens apparel brand. We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a sharp, responsible, and growth-driven E-commerce Platform Manager to streamline operations and scale our marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across multiple platforms (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor performance metrics — sales, returns, customer feedback, and platform ratings
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and ad spend for each marketplace
• Handle daily reconciliations, returns, claims, and reporting with platform partners
• Ensure accurate product cataloging (titles, descriptions, keywords, SEO, images)
• Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales
• Manage communication and relationships with category managers and platform account managers
