Office Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

Office Location: Jagatpura, Near JNU University

Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order statuses.
• Resolve order-related issues and raise tickets on the respective portals.
• Generate and analyze order processing reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce order processing.
• Extensive knowledge and fluency in managing orders on platforms like Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in order management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
