Job Posting: ECommerce Portals Manager

Office Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

Office Location: Jagatpura, Near JNU University

Responsibilities:

• Do catalog listings on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
• Coordinate with Portals on email and call to close all listings and sales related issues
• Resolve all related issues and raise tickets on the respective portals.
• Generate and analyze returns and order reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize Campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart etc
• Create FBA shipments for Amazon, Flipkart etc
• Manage inventory in OMS
• Manage a team of order processing ,return management etc

• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce catalogue listing on Myntra, Amazon etc
• Extensive knowledge and fluency in managing platforms like Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart etc
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in order management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
