E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a Marketplace Account Executive to manage and operate our Etsy store and other online marketplaces. This is a full-time, office-based role with flexible working hours. You will work directly under the supervision of the business owner and handle a high-performing Etsy account with daily customer interactions and ongoing product activity.

This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce operations or is a fast learner with strong grasping ability and excellent English communication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining listings, handling customer conversations, supporting new product launches, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer messages and order related communication on Etsy

Creating, updating, and optimizing product listings

Assisting with new product launches and listing updates

Monitoring daily store activity, orders, and account health

Ensuring timely responses and maintaining platform performance standards

Requirements

Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace handling is preferred

Freshers with strong learning ability and seriousness will also be considered

Excellent written English communication is mandatory

Strong attention to detail and accountability

Comfortable working in an office environment
