E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Manager to handle and grow our online sales across multiple platforms including Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing advertisements, handling customer interactions, and implementing strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts across marketplaces (Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Flipkart, etc.).
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing).
• Plan, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve visibility and sales performance.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally via chat and messages.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams, and prevent stock-outs.
• Analyze sales reports and marketplace analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, improve product rankings, and increase conversion rates.
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to improve brand presence across platforms.

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s

• Proven experience in handling E-commerce accounts (Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Flipkart, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and product ranking strategies.
• Experience with advertising platforms like Amazon PPC, Etsy Ads, and Flipkart/Walmart campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for customer handling and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace seller dashboards.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under deadlines.
