E-Commerce Manager

• Manage and oversee all ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Shopify website, and other marketplaces.

• Take complete ownership of ecommerce operations with responsibility for increasing online sales and overall platform performance.

• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, revenue, and brand visibility across all ecommerce channels.

• Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and ensure accurate and optimized product information on all platforms.

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising and promotional campaigns on ecommerce platforms and social media to boost sales and visibility.

• Monitor daily sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure proper inventory planning, stock availability, and timely dispatch.

• Manage order processing, returns, exchange handling, and ensure smooth operational workflow.

• Maintain proper inventory control and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.

• Liaise with ecommerce platform account managers and support teams for issue resolution, growth opportunities, and account management.

• Ensure account health, compliance with platform policies, and maintain high seller performance ratings.

• Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities and improve overall performance.

• Lead, manage, and supervise the ecommerce team and take responsibility as Head of the Ecommerce Department.

• Identify new ecommerce opportunities, platforms, and strategies to expand business and increase revenue.
