E-Commerce Manager

E-commerce Manager– Shopify & Marketplaces: We are hiring an E-commerce Manager to manage our Shopify website and fashion marketplaces like Aza, Pernia, and Nykaa. The role is mainly focused on product uploads and daily order management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment: order processing, packaging, shipping, tracking, and delivery communication.
• Upload new products on Shopify and marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, variants).
• Ensure product listings are accurate and updated regularly.
• Execute and track daily orders across all platforms.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipping.
• Track deliveries, returns, and exchanges until closure.
• Manage inventory sync and stock levels across channels.

Mandatory Skills:

• Good English (reading, writing, typing)
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, tracking, reporting)

Preferred: Experience with Shopify and marketplaces (Aza, Pernia, Nykaa).
