Job Description
- Monitor inventory levels daily on all platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment before stockouts occur
- Track and dispatch status of Shipments
- Maintain platform-wise inventory and sales tracker, updated daily
- Support the listings team in updating product titles, prices, and inventory across platforms
- Catch and flag any incorrect prices, missing images, or inactive listings before they impact sales
- Raise tickets or escalate platform issues (Amazon, Flipkart, QC apps) and follow up on resolution
- Prepare a daily operations snapshot: stock status, dispatches, and pending issues
