E-commerce Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-commerce sales manager who will be responsible for contacting potential clients, pitching our e-commerce services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The role involves understanding client needs, explaining our solutions, and maintaining strong follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across all e-commerce platforms like Amazon , Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Azio etc...
• Onboarding new clients/sellers on the platform
• Ensuring timely and smooth payment transactions from sellers
• Managing CRM and acting as a bridge between sellers and operations for seamless communication
• Good knowledge of E-commerce platforms and seller management
• Plan and execute promotional strategies during sale events.
• Maintain relationships with platform account managers for better visibility and offers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of telesales/inside sales experience in E-commerce
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other online marketplaces.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
