Job Title: Sales Executive ( E-commerce)

Department: Sales/Business Development

Location: C-5 Patparganj Industrial Area

Salary: ₹1.25L - ₹3L per annum

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller *and another profile is E-commerce sales representative* to join our team, with a focus on e-commerce operations, data management, lead generation, and field visits. This role will combine telecalling duties with 2-3 field visits per week to engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the e-commerce industry, and a passion for driving sales while building meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Support:

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and our online platform.

Guide customers through the purchase process and resolve issues or concerns effectively

Process and update customer orders, returns, and exchanges in the e-commerce system.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about promotions, discounts, and product features.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.

Engage with potential customers to introduce products and services, generating interest and driving conversions.

Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate information for follow-ups and sales outreach.

 

Field Visits (2-3 Days per Day):

Conduct field visits to meet customers, prospects, and partners, building stronger relationships and addressing concerns in person.

Assist in product demonstrations, installations, and troubleshooting during field visits.

Gather on-ground feedback and insights to improve customer experience and product offerings.

Data Management:

Manage and organize customer and lead data within CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.

Perform regular data entry, cleanup, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Analyze and provide insights on customer behavior, sales trends, and lead conversion rates.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer insights and support the lead-follow-up process.

Track and report on sales targets, customer interactions, and lead conversion progress.

Customer Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales, ideally within the e-commerce sector.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Alibaba).

Ability to manage and analyze customer data efficiently.

Willingness to travel and conduct field visits (2-3 days per week).

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation and sales.

Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Prior experience in Teleperformance or similar roles focused on lead generation.
