Responsibilities:

- Online Marketplace Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon, ensuring accuracy in product information, images, and pricing.

- Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and enhance customer retention through these online platforms.

- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Platform Expertise: Leverage your expertise in the functionalities of Etsy, eBay, and Amazon to maximize visibility and drive traffic to our listings.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and advertisements for online marketplaces.

- WhatsApp/Line Selling: Utilize your experience to promote and sell products through WhatsApp, Line, and similar platforms, building a loyal customer base.

Requirements:
