We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (E-commerce) to join our dynamic team and drive growth within our key accounts. This role is essential for maintaining and expanding our relationships with top-tier clients in the e-commerce sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for increased sales. Your expertise in managing key accounts will help us optimize our e-commerce strategy and ensure that we meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams; including Digital marketing & operational Team, to create tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, and the ability to leverage data to support client strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainable partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and market trends.
  • Stay current with e-commerce industry developments and competitor strategies to inform account management practices.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong understanding of online retail and e-commerce business models and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using leading Sale enhances software and data analytics tools to track account performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
