E-Commerce Specialist

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, website performance, online promotions, and sales growth across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
• Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and categories to improve conversion rates
• Monitor website performance, sales metrics, traffic, and customer behavior
• Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Manage inventory accuracy and product availability online
• Handle basic SEO and content optimization for product pages
• Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports
• Ensure excellent customer experience by monitoring reviews, feedback, and returns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred)
• 1 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
• Knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Understanding of UX/UI basics
• Experience in inventory or order management systems
