eCommerce – Email Marketing Executive (Calling Included)Job SummaryWe are hiring an Email Marketing Executive to handle promotional and transactional email campaigns and make follow-up calls to improve conversions and customer retention.
- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute promotional, transactional, and abandoned cart email campaigns
- Segment customers based on behavior and purchase history
- Make outbound calls for order confirmation, feedback, and upselling
- Analyze email performance and optimize campaigns
- Coordinate with customer support and sales teams
- Skills RequiredExperience with eCommerce email tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
