eCommerce Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage ecommerce seller accounts on Amazon and Myntra, ensuring compliance with all platform policies.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including listings, pricing, inventory, and customer service.

• Manage and Optimize product listings, descriptions, titles, keywords, and images for improved visibility and conversion.

• Ensuring timely order fulfilment and Claim processing.

• Inventory Management: Work with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfilment of orders.

• Plan and execute platform-specific marketing campaigns, including deals, discounts, and ad placements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience managing brand on e-commerce platforms (Amazon / Myntra preferred).

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and Myntra Seller Panel.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
