Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students about various courses offered and help them choose the right course based on their goals and eligibility.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain records of student inquiries, feedback, and admissions.
- Coordinate with faculty and management regarding batch schedules, course updates, and student requirements.
- Support administrative tasks related to admissions and documentation.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops on behalf of the institute.
- Key Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of courses like CA, CMA, CS is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Regional language is a bonus)
