ELV/BMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities·        

Execution and supervision of MEP, ELV, and BMS works at site

·        Installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP, ELV systems

·        Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors

·        Site planning, material handling, and manpower management

·        Preparation of daily progress reports and site documentation

·        Ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and project timelines

·        Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at site

Required Skills·        Hands-on experience in MEP, ELV projects

·        Knowledge of HVAC integration, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and IBMS systems

·        Strong understanding of ELV systems and MEP coordination

·        Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications

·        Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning

·        Good communication and team coordination skills

·        Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations

QualificationDiploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
