Email Support Executive (Logistics)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Support Executive who can efficiently handle all logistics-related email communication with clients and forwarders. The candidate should be able to understand queries, provide proper responses, and maintain professional email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and reply to client queries through email related to shipments and logistics.
• Coordinate with forwarders, transporters, and logistics partners via email.
• Provide timely responses and updates regarding dispatch and shipment status.
• Maintain proper email communication and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
• Understand logistics-related queries and respond with accurate information.
• Keep proper records of communication and shipment updates.

Requirements:

• Good English communication and email drafting skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics / dispatch / shipment process preferred.
• Ability to understand and respond to client and forwarder queries.
• Basic computer and email handling knowledge.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in logistics or coordination role.
