Job SummaryWe are hiring a dynamic and knowledgeable ERP Trainer & Functional Consultant for our growing IT ERP Software Company. The candidate will be responsible for ERP implementation, client training, functional consulting, and post-implementation support.

Experience in CRM, Accounts, and NBFC modules will be preferred.

• Key Responsibilities🔹 ERP Implementation & ConsultingUnderstand client requirements and business processes
• Configure ERP modules according to client needs
• Prepare documentation (SRS, process flow, user manuals)
• Coordinate with the technical team for customization
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support
• Training & Client Management Conduct ERP training sessions (online/offline)
• Deliver product demos and presentations
• Resolve client functional queries
• Ensure smooth client onboarding
• Preferred Module Expertise ✔ CRM ModuleLead & sales pipeline management
• Customer follow-up tracking
• Reporting & analytics
• ✔ Accounts Module GST, TDS & taxation
• Ledger, Journal & Trial Balance
• P&L & Balance Sheet
• Bank reconciliation
• ✔ NBFC Module Loan management
• EMI & interest calculation
• Collection tracking
• Basic RBI compliance knowledge
• Required Skills Strong understanding of accounting & financial processes

• Educational Qualification B.Tech / MBA (Finance/Marketing)
• ERP experience preferred
