Job Title: Event Manager – The BOJ Show (Boutique B2B Jewellery Exhibition)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of the BOJ Show, a boutique, invite-only B2B jewellery exhibition. This role requires someone who understands premium experiences, exhibitor management, and flawless on-ground execution.

You’ll be the single point of contact between exhibitors, vendors, partners, and the internal team — ensuring every detail, from layouts to logistics, runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Planning

• Create and manage the overall event timeline, budgets, and workflows
• Coordinate with exhibitors for booth requirements, branding needs, and logistics
• Curate layouts, floor plans, and visitor flow with a luxury, boutique sensibility
• Source and manage vendors: production, fabrication, lighting, AV, security, hospitality
• Handle permissions, compliances, and venue coordination
• Oversee invitation management, RSVPs, and guest experience planning

On-Ground Execution

• Supervise set-up, rehearsals, and final checks
• Manage all vendors, staff, and support teams on-site
• Ensure exhibitor satisfaction and resolve real-time issues
• Oversee registration desks, hospitality, VIP handling, and crowd flow
• Maintain quality control across every touchpoint

Post-Event

• Supervise dismantling and logistics
• Collect exhibitor feedback
• Submit a post-event report with insights and improvements

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience managing exhibitions, trade shows, or luxury events
• Strong vendor network in production, fabrication, AV, and logistics
• Excellent negotiation and budgeting skills
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Understanding of luxury, design-led, or jewellery/fashion events is a plus
• Willingness to travel and be fully on-ground during the show
