Production Management

• Event setup & dismantling coordination

• Vendor & logistics management

• On-ground production execution

• Inventory & material handling

Event Planning

• Event ideation & planning

• Client coordination & requirement understanding

• Vendor coordination & timelines

• Event execution and reporting

Hospitality & Logistics Management

• Guest coordination & hospitality desk handling

• Hotel bookings, rooming lists & check-ins

• Airport / station transfers & transport coordination

• Guest movement, welcome & on-ground assistance

🔹 Requirements:

• Prior experience in events (preferred)

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Ability to handle pressure during live events

• Willingness to travel and work on-site

🔹 Location: Jaipur

🔹 Type: Full-Time Only
