Key Skills Required: EXCELLENT FOLLOW-UP SKILLS This is the most important requirement. Good command over spoken and written English is preferred. Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, preferably Google Sheets. Ability to multi-task, coordinate activities, and manage tasks independently. * Own and manage the CEO’s *professional and personal schedules*, meetings, correspondence, calls, and follow-ups

* Prioritize requests, manage information flow, and coordinate seamlessly with senior stakeholders

* Serve as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external teams * Manage *budgets, expenses, reimbursements, and vendor coordination* with accuracy and cost awareness

* Negotiate with vendors, service providers, and partners where required

* Set up, maintain, and continuously improve *internal processes, documentation, and filing systems*

* Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and structured records for decision-making

* Handle sensitive company and personal matters with *absolute confidentiality, honesty, and discretion*

* Maintain high professional standards in communication and conduct

* Support the CEO with *personal and professional tasks* requiring trust and reliability

* Be available for *urgent requirements*, including occasional support outside standard working hours
