Job Overview:

We are looking for a technically strong and knowledgeable Executive / Senior Executive who will be responsible for providing technical support to our business partners. The role requires strong understanding of GPS tracking devices, dashcams, and other hardware systems. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing technical issues, guiding partners with proper solutions, and ensuring smooth technical support operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Partner Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance to partners for issues related to GPS tracking devices, dashcams, and other hardware products.
• Understand partner queries and provide clear troubleshooting steps to resolve technical problems.

2. Device Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

• Identify and diagnose issues related to device connectivity, hardware malfunction, and configuration problems.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required.

3. Hardware & Device Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of GPS tracking devices, dashcams, and related hardware systems.
• Provide technical support for RFID systems, CPL systems, and Boom Barrier devices.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of partner queries, issues reported, and resolutions provided.
• Track recurring technical issues and report them to the internal team for improvement.

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Tech
• Prior experience in GPS tracking, vehicle devices, or hardware support industry.
