Factory Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage staff efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end factory operations and production planning
• Ensure timely achievement of production targets
• Maintain quality control standards and reduce defects
• Manage factory staff, supervisors, and workers
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Control production costs and optimize resource utilization
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports
• Implement process improvements for better efficiency

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Operations / Management (preferred)

• 3–8 years of experience in factory or manufacturing management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of production planning and quality control
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems preferred)
