Fashion Coordinator

The Vendor Management and Quality Control Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our vendors in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, result driven, and a keen understanding of supply chain management within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Vendor Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for our vendors in India.

Foster strong relationships with existing vendors and engage with potential new suppliers to expand our network.

-Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet our company standards.

Provide constructive feedback to vendors regarding production quality and any required improvements.

-Production Monitoring:

Oversee the production process by coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Follow up on production timelines and address any delays or issues that may arise.

-Stock Management:

Monitor stock levels of materials and finished products, providing insights to the team for inventory management.

Collaborate with vendors to reorder materials as necessary to maintain production flow.

Vendor Recruitment:

Research and identify potential new vendors and suppliers that align with our sustainability values and quality standards.

Assist in the onboarding process of new vendors to ensure they understand our requirements and expectations.
