Fashion Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can design contemporary ethnic wear, Indo-fusion wear, and modern silhouettes aligned with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should understand prints, fabrics, color combinations, surface techniques, and bring fresh ideas that match the brand’s design language.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new design concepts across women’s wear categories: kurtas, tops, dresses, co-ords, and fusion wear.
• Create moodboards, design sketches, technical drawings, and complete design sheets for sampling.
• Work closely with the sampling team to execute designs and ensure the final product meets the brand standard.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, prints, and embroideries (Hand Block, Ajrakh, Chikankari, Murri, etc.).
• Create colour palettes and ensure strong understanding of seasonal trends.
• Coordinate with production for size sets, fittings, and corrections.
• Maintain a design calendar and deliver collections on time.
• Ensure finishing quality, fits, and styling match the brand aesthetic.
• Assist in photoshoots, styling, and visual presentation of products.
• Research new trends, silhouettes, cuts, and patterns to keep the brand evolving.
• RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, NID, INIFD, Pearl, or similar preferred).
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, or digital sketching tools.
• Strong understanding of prints, Indian crafts, embroideries, and silhouettes.
• Good sense of color theory, styling, and fabric behaviour.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage collection timelines.
